Caitlin Jayne Irving has completed her Bachelor of Film and Television (Honours) at Swinburne University of Technology.
Specialising in producing, Caitlin aims to lead production projects with a focus on creative ideas at the forefront of decision-making. During her time at Swinburne, she has gained experience in the production, camera, and editing departments, allowing her to better understand the demands and requirements of various roles in the industry.
Caitlin will now begin her Master’s in Media and Communication at Swinburne on a part-time basis to further expand her knowledge in the film and media sectors.

As a producer, I aim to develop good working relationships which each department members to create a safe and healthy working environment.
Working in the Production Department, I have found one of the key ingredients needed to create well-developed work is a good understanding of the creative concept.
Clear written, verbal, and visual communication is a skill I have acquired over the years to work effectively in collaborative situations. I have also developed the confidence to ask questions where necessary to ensure all parties are on the same page.
I work very effectively in teams as well as on my own, and I can recognise and take control of my responsibilities. I am highly organised and a practical, creative planner, which is a hobby and passion of mine in my free time.
