A Miner's obsession with gold leaves him isolated in the crumbling town of Walhalla, alone and crazed,only an elusive gold nugget can cure his fixation. Mine Friend is a surreal historical drama that follows the slow decline of miner John F. Taylor after the last citizens of the town catch the final train towards modernisation.
